Devices
This study is the first of its kind to use multiple wearable and nearable devices to study sleep and daily behaviors at home.
We selected the following devices for the project:

EmbracePlus
The EmbracePlus is a smartwatch that continuously measures heart rate (PPG sensor), skin temperature, movement (accelerometer) and electrodermal activity. Both raw sensor data and processed data are available for download. Learn more about this device.

Dreem3
The Dreem3 is a headband that measures electroencephalography (EEG) from 5 channels along with movement (via an accelerometer). Both raw and processed data are available for download. Learn more about this device.

Withings Sleep
The Withings Sleep is a small mat that is placed underneath the child’s mattress. The mat senses changes in pressure to deduce movements, heart rate and respiration. Learn more about this device.
