Available Data

The following types of data are available:

  • Electroencephalogram (EEG) recordings
  • Heart rate recordings
  • Skin temperature recordings
  • Movement recordings
  • Parent questionnaires
  • Sleep diaries
  • Whole-exome sequencing

Data was successfully recorded in 3,630 nights: 1,687 nights recorded with all three devices, 1,125 nights recorded with two devices and 818 nights recorded with a single device (8,129 device recordings in total). Corresponding sleep diary data is available for 2,630 of these nights. EmbracePlus data is also available throughout the days.

Two graphs, one a bar graph of sleep device comparisons; the other a Venn diagram of the same.
A. Summary of nights/days recorded with Dreem, EmbracePlus and Withings devices from the autism (blue) and siblings (yellow) groups.
B. Venn diagram showing the number of nights recorded with each device and their overlap (simultaneous recordings with multiple devices).

This data carries no embargo, and any future studies that use it will not need to list those involved in the data collection as co-authors.
