Lidia Gabis is an associate professor at Tel Aviv University. She received her M.D. from Hadassah Medical School and her M.B.A. from Collman Collage in Israel. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Kaplan Hospital in Israel from 1992-1998 and fellowships in pediatric neurology and developmental neurology at the State University of New York (SUNY) from 1998-2002.
Gabis’ current position is the national director of developmental services for Maccabi Healthcare. Formerly, she was the director of child development at Sheba Hospital and the founder and director of Keshet Center for autism diagnosis, treatment and research. She serves as a medical advisor for Littleone company and Ovid Pharma, the honorary president of Israeli Fragile X Association and as a consultant for the Nicosia University of Cyprus.
