Apoorva Arora is a mentor in the 2024 SURFiN program. She is a graduate student in Adam Kepecs’s lab at Washington University in St. Louis. Arora holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Delhi and a master’s degree in neuroscience from Brandeis University. Her research focuses on neural correlates of model-based behavior, including belief in choices, inference and the use of cognitive maps.
