Bridge to Independence Twitter chat Q&A

On January 26, 2021, the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI) will host a Twitter chat Q&A on the Bridge to Independence (BTI) Award program and the 2021 BTI request for applications (RFA).

Please join SFARI senior scientist Alice Luo Clayton and BTI fellows Tomasz Nowakowski and Stephanie Rudolph as they answer questions about the BTI Award, what it is like to be a fellow, and the impact that the program has had on their careers.

Launched in 2015, the BTI Award was created to engage talented early-career scientists in autism research by facilitating their transition to research independence and providing grant funding at the start of their professorships at a U.S. or Canadian research institution.

Read more about the BTI RFA and how to apply here.

A list of current BTI fellows can be found here.
